A Million Dollar Picture

Camera, Light, Film or Digital I

Instructor: Walter Bower

I've completed 7 classes and I've learnt a lot from this instructor. He has given me specific comments on my pictures and I am glad I've not bought any accessories before I attended his class because now I know what to look out for.

The greatest benefit I've received from this class is familiarisation with my own camera the D40. In addition, as I had mentioned, I received comments for my improvement. Which led to me taking this picture of my daughter.

At the Calagaz tour, colleagues commented that the picture I had taken of Emma is a Million Dollar Picture. Americans can be very encouraging. Nevertheless, I've come a long way since I first started.

Below is the list of assignments I had done with Walter. They are a record of my learning. The are definitely not a record of my accomplishments. I intend to keep a record of these pictures so that in future, when I look back - I will laugh at how badly I had taken and how much I have improved.

Indulge me:

Stay tuned.
